Rabbi Loewy stands at the forefront – as well as in the trenches – of Yeshiva Gadlus HaTorah, skillfully creating an atmosphere of warmth, love, and care amid exceptional learning. After learning in Yeshivas Ner Yisroel, Rabbi Loewy came to Monsey and learned in the Kollel L’Horaah at Yeshivas Ohr Reuven under Rav Betzalel Rudinsky while simultaneously teaching in the Mesivta. Rabbi Loewy moved to Long Island where he served as a Rav while continuing to teach and learn at Ohr Reuven. In 2020, Rabbi Loewy returned to Monsey and began to lead the bais medrash program at Yeshiva Ner Torah before starting Yeshiva Gadlus HaTorah. The Rosh Yeshiva is renowned among the bachurim as a positive, upbeat, nurturing presence who cares deeply for every bachur and remains in constant communication with them both inside and out of yeshiva. He generates excitement and clarity in the bais medrash and in every shiur, inspiring the bachurim to learn with joy and enthusiasm.
Rabbi Silver brings a fresh and exciting atmosphere to the yeshiva. He is in tune with the needs and interests of today’s bachurim and enjoys talking in learning as well as discussing whatever topic is of interest to every individual bachur. Rabbi Silver spent three years learning in Yeshivas Ohr Hachaim. He then continued to the Mir Yeshiva in Yerushalayim, spending almost two years in the Shiur of noted mechanech Rabbi Yosef Elefant Shlit’a with whom he maintains a kesher. Rabbi Silver has been teaching high school and Beis Medrash bachurim for the past six years.
Rabbi Helberg has been involved in chinuch for many years. A close talmid of Rav Shmuel Feivelson, his excitement and enthusiasm for learning is contagious. He served as a shoel umeishiv for several years at Yeshiva Gedola Kesser Torah in Monsey and now learns one-on-one with bachurim, bringing out the unique qualities of each bachur. Rabbi Helberg’s gentle and approachable personality will truly enhance our first seder.
Rabbi Reuvain Mendlowitz is known for his warmth and creativity with an in-depth approach tailored to each bachur. He attended Talmudical Yeshiva of Philadelphia and Yeshiva Zichron Moshe of South Fallsburg before moving to Eretz Yisroel, attending the Brisker Kollel and studying with a group of talmidim of R’ Moshe Wolpin. Rabbi Mendlowitz joined the faculty of Yeshivas Daas Chochma in developing a Bais Medrash that currently houses fifty Bais Medrash students in Monsey. After attending LIU school of social work, Rabbi Mendlowitz currently runs a private clinical practice and is influential in all Chinuch circles around Monsey.
Rabbi Aryeh Zev Geller learned in Yeshiva Shaar Yoshuv for several years before continuing to Kollel Lomdei Shas in Chestnut Ridge.
He has been involved with bochurim on both the high school and beis medrash level for the past few years. Rabbi Geller is patient with each bochur, brings much life to each seder, and is here to motivate them with his warmth and genuine care.
Rabbi Label Lam is a former collegiate athlete and a poet. A graduate of Colgate University, Rabbi Lam matriculated at Harvard Extension School. Rabbi Label Lam studied for many years at Yeshiva Ohr Somayach in Monsey before launching a multifaceted career in Jewish Education. A veteran of the Day School Movement and a former full-time lecturer for Arachim Seminars, Rabbi Lam has been inspiring businessmen, college students and prisoners for Ohr Somayach and Hamayan Institute for almost two decades. He is the co-founder of Foundations for Jewish Learning and has been a School Principal for many years. His insights on the weekly Parsha are received by more than 15,000 subscribers weekly and can be found at torah.org. Rabbi Label Lam’s LOL (Lam on Life) is a popular daily feature on Torahanytime.
Avrohom Ullman was raised in Far Rockaway and attended Yeshiva of Far Rockaway for high school and Beis Medrash, and later studied at the Mir Yerushalayim and Rav Asher Weis in Monsey. Throughout his career he’s been primarily involved in e-commerce, ranging from OTC generic medication to exporting American products to the Canadian market. Leveraging his business networking and connections, Avrohom’s goal is to assist each Bochur in finding a job within his field of interest and providing the opportunity to acquire valuable skills and knowledge.
